We are looking for a dedicated HR manager to join our team and help us foster a positive, productive work environment.

The HR manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

   - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

   - Conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend job offers.

   - Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

   - Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.

   - Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy. 

3. Training & Development:

   - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

   - Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

   - Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

   - Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and trends.
