Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a Telesales executive for the following job responsibilities

a. to communicate with our potential clients in India and abroad and sell subscriptions to achieve monthly target

b. to followup with our customers on pending payments and ensure collection target is met

c. to provide quick resolution on any complaints from customers

d. to communicate with tech team to prepare reports as per clients requirements

e. to coordinate with support team for invoice and order issuing

Required skills:

a. Good communication skills

b. Basic knowledge of MS Excel

c. Earlier experience in Telesales or field sales is highly preferred though not mandatory

Salary and perks:

a. Fixed salary range will be between 12000-15000 depending on candidate

b. Very attractive sales incentive which can go even upto two times of fixed salary depending on sales achieved

c. Reimbursement of mobile and internet expenses

d. Reimbursement of travel expenses

Location:

a. The job is 80% work from home and upto 20% travel

b. Most of the time, the candidate will work from home however if required , the candidate will need to visit clients
