Job Duties & Responsibilities:-
Source New to Bank customers and build and sell asset, trade, cash management and forex etc. to the customers
Are mapped to Clients to service, manage and deepen client relationships.
Onboard clients with a clear account plan highlighting the revenue potential, risks and mitigants.

The responsibility for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the Bank
Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned with the bankâs lending norms
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency while proposing various facilities for the customer.
Maintain nil delinquency in the accounts sourced.
Understand client requirements, ensure superior service and provide regular updates to the client on financial markets developments and on clients' portfolios.
Cross-sell of trade, cash management and foreign exchange-related facilities.
Creating credit scoring models to predict risks.
Responsibility is to maintain relationships with HNWIs to ensure their assets remain with the financial institution.
Build a diversified portfolio and reduce concentration risk in the portfolio.
Regular feedback to the credit and portfolio team about various developments in the clientâs business. Work closely with the monitoring team for early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified
Builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers.
Help the branch in building liabilities book through these new-to-bank relationships
Implement & execute IBG 3 business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with IBG3 revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets.
They will help them with sales opportunities and draw in customers.
Regular Tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the Branch Manager and the central team
Researching and evaluating clients' creditworthiness.
Increase the wallet share with the customer by constantly exploring opportunities to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.
Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced
Performs a role focusing on client relationship management, including client acquisition, provision of personal financial advice and ongoing servicing of retail clients.
