Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, converting leads into clients, and building strong customer relationships. You will also be required to understand customer needs, pitch appropriate products or services, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to sell products/services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or web chat.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to assist them in their buying decisions.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest or requested more information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and patience.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
