*Job Title: Telecaller Assistant*

*Working Hours:* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

*Salary Range:* ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month (for freshers) + Incentives

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Assistant to join our team and support our mission.
### *Job Responsibilities:*
- *Outbound Calls:* Make outbound calls to potential donors, partners, and stakeholders to promote the NGO’s projects and initiatives.

- *Data Entry:* Accurately input and update information into the database from calls and other interactions.

- *Follow-ups:* Conduct follow-up calls to ensure commitments and track responses.

- *Customer Service:* Provide information, answer queries, and address concerns from supporters and potential donors.

- *Reporting:* Maintain records of calls and provide regular reports on call outcomes and feedback.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with the team to align efforts with organizational goals and strategies.
### *Requirements:*
- *Education:* High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

- *Experience:* Freshers are welcome; previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

- *Skills:*

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
