• Designation- o Customer Support Associate (CSA).- 6months contractual
Role• Job Profile-
o Customer Support Associate will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support
• Mandatory Criteria-
o Minimum HS pass and Freshers can apply
o Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
o Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 months
o Customer orientation
o Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
o No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
o 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break• System configuration
o Windows 10 or Windows 11o 8GB RAM
o Must have own Broadband/WIFI
o Processor I5 & above
o Power backup
o Noise cancellation USB headset ( Reimbursement will be given for 1000/-)
• Interview Rounds-o HR round - General check. - Video Call
o Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min)
o PMAPS Testo Versant 4 has to be cleared to proceed with further rounds of interview
o ECH
O Assessment (Voice Interview)– Video Call
• Payouts –• Salary for Freshers – 179447 LPA, 13.1 K/Month Inhand.
• NAPS/NATS- 13,500/- Inhand
• Salary for minimum 1 Year experience in BPO and 2 yrs. of experience in any service industry candidate – 219447 LPA, 16.1 K/Month Inhand. (Offer letter, Release letter & last 3 months of Pay slips mandatory)
• 30 Days of Training, during Training company will pay Rs. -300/day as a stipend amount and will be credited within 15 days’ post successfully completion of Training & Emp Id creation
• 100% fixed salary
