Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make calls: Telecaller make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, and follow up with leads.
Explain products: Telecaller explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Handle customer inquiries: Telecaller answer customer questions and complaints, and provide support.
Build relationships: Telecaller build rapport with customers by providing friendly communication and maintaining positive relationships.
Create records: Telecaller keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Route opportunities: Telecaller route opportunities to the relevant department for further action.
Modify sales pitches: Telecaller may modify sales pitches based on customer demand.

Good MS Office knowledge
