Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Excellent customer service skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
