Job Description:

seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
Document all customer interactions in the system with attention to detail.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure follow-up.
Meet individual performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with international customers.

Qualifications:

Any graduate or diploma holder (preferred).
Strong proficiency in English, with an ability to understand and communicate with international customers.
Experience in a voice-based BPO or customer service role is preferred.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to align with international time zones.
