Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound international calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Document all customer interactions in the system with attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure follow-up.
- Meet individual performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with international customers.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate or diploma holder (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English, with an ability to understand and communicate with international customers.
- Experience in a voice-based BPO or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to align with international time zones.
