Job Title: BPO Voice Process Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Update customer information and maintain records accurately in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Prior experience in BPO or voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
