Position: BPO Telecaller
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers
