Job Description:
We have immediate opening for International Voice Process. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to handle international customer inquiries and provide excellent support via phone. This role involves interacting with customers globally, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound international calls
Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Following up on unresolved issues and escalating them when necessary
Documenting all interactions and updating customer information in the system

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Prior experience in international voice process or customer service is preferred
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
