Job Title: BPO Voice Process Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
Update customer information and maintain records accurately in the system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the management.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Prior experience in BPO or voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
