Job Title: BPO Voice Process Associate

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to meet performance standards.
• Provide timely and efficient solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems.
• Prior experience in a BPO voice process is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in shifts.
