Candidate Sourcing and Selection
Onboarding and Integration
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
Identifies staffing needs
Writes job descriptions for needed positions
Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
Screens and interviews candidates
Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking
