Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering, support functions, and project management roles. This role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for engineering, support functions, and project management roles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance Morphedo's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having a 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering, support functions, and project management roles.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for deep tech or startup environments.
- Familiarity with the aerospace, defence, medical devices, and IoT industries.
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
