Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within Spehre. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Talent Sourcing:* Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract potential candidates.
- *Candidate Screening:* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- *Interview Coordination:* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- *Job Posting:* Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career page.
- *Candidate Management:* Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- *Employer Branding:* Promote Spehre's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- *Compliance:* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- *Reporting:* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.- *Skills:*
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
