Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive - Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations within the organization. This role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Handle end-to-end HR processes including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage job postings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • HR Operations:

    • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, employee files, and other records.
    • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate attendance, leave records, and other relevant data are submitted.
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process, including distributing forms, scheduling evaluations, and maintaining records.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs and organizing appropriate programs.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations:

    • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
    • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Generate regular HR reports on metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.
    • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
      • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    Working Conditions:
    • Full-time position, based in the office with occasional travel to other company locations as needed.
