Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential leads using various sources (online research, social media, databases, etc.).
    • Qualify leads and generate a steady pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
  • Client Outreach:

    • Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails, proposals, and presentations.
    • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, or social media platforms.
  • Market Research:

    • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Assist in gathering data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Support:

    • Support the senior sales team by preparing presentations, quotations, and follow-up emails.
    • Assist in handling administrative tasks related to business development activities.
  • Reporting:

    • Regularly update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with new leads, opportunities, and communications.
    • Provide periodic reports on leads and business development activities.
