Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for self-starters with a flair for sales and a passion for real estate.
What You’ll Do- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Promote BlueOak Realty's services and properties through effective communication and negotiation.
- Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome!).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Sector 30, Work Junction, Gurugram.
- Passion: A genuine interest in real estate and a customer-first mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
