Responsibilities :-
Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy that aligned with the company's objectives to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities through research.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, alignment, and effective collaboration.
Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with external brands.
Track and analyze the performance metrics of brand partnerships, measuring the success and impact of collaborations, and providing insights for future strategies.
Stay update of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.
Qualification:-
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in brand partnerships, alliance management, or business development, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and partnership strategies, with a track record of developing successful partnerships and alliances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts and marketing campaigns.
