Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about forging
new partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business
opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor
strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and
industry influencers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for
clients. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets and
identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to inform business
development strategies. Represent InternX at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
promote brand awareness and generate leads. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status,
and market insights. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and resources.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or graduated.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
