Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate (SBDA)
Location: Bengaluru

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Lead high-level discussions with potential customers, guiding them through our offerings and converting leads into sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in edtech sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Total work experience of at least 3 years in sales.
• Revenue Performance:
  • Proven ability to consistently generate an average of ₹10 Lakh revenue per month.
  • Experience handling a minimum ticket size of ₹50,000.
• Preferred Background:
  • Prior sales experience in UPSC, CAT, K12, JEE, NEET, or CLAT domains is highly desirable.
  • A technical background such as B.E./B.Tech is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic market needs.
• Availability:
  • Must be available to join by October 6th, 2024.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹8.5 LPA to ₹11.5 LPA, based on experience and performance.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Wednesday to Sunday
• Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM
