The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships through outbound and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
Provide detailed product/service information and answer any questions or concerns.
Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
