Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage calls to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities.
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling is a plus. 
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
