Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Circuit Engineering in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the Telecaller will maintain client databases and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in the electrical or engineering industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
