Tele Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers, promoting and explaining products, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate and qualify leads.
Present and promote products and services to customers over the phone.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and quotas set by management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in telesales or telemarketing.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
A positive, results-driven attitude.
