Role sector - Executive – Sales
Designation - Sales Executive - Hotel Sales
Reports to – Sales Regional GM/AVP – Hotel Sales & MICE
Experience Minimum 1 to 2 years in Hotel Sales / Front line Sales in any industry
Job Purpose - To develop the Corporate & Travel Agent segment from the tie up resorts generate business to 200 + plus resorts & hotels across the country.
Achieve the revenue & Room nights target allocated for each of the resort
Key Area of Responsibility
To build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, & Corporates
To identify potential customers. Expand the account portfolio by on boarding new accounts and close business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
Communicate the Tie up resorts Value proposition within the designated sales geography.
To make impactful sales presentations to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s activities.
Work closely with the Revenue & Central Reservation team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives.
Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Hotel Sales and corporate business.
Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.
