Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by effectively communicating the value of our offerings to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Pitching and Presentation: Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, emphasizing the distinct advantages and value of our services.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and ongoing needs.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and meticulous documentation of sales activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Targets and Reporting: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in cooperate sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
