Position – Sales Executive 
Job Category – Sales- Must be passionate about sales. (Required)

Type of Work: In Office Siting Job
Location- Delhi Only
Salary- ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month- Salary is on target basis
Incentive: Decided by Company Management on Sales Basis
Working Days- Monday to Saturday 
Shift- Morning Shift
Job Time- 09:00 to 6:00pm
Job Types- Full-time
Age- 25 to 32
Gender- Female or Male 
Education: MBA Fresher in Sales & Marketing or Any Graduate with 2 years’ experience in sales.  (Required)
Experience: 2-year experience as Sales (Required)

Job Description: -We are seeking highly motivated Graduate & Post Graduate qualified in sales with a passion for sales to join our team.  A Sales Executive is a professional who is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department & willingness to achieve the target in time frame. As an Event Sales Executive, your role would involve generating sales for events, such as conferences, exhibitions, or corporate functions. You would be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching event packages, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process. It's a dynamic and exciting position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. 

Sales Executive responsibilities include:
• Must have good listening skills, passionate about sales.
• To convert sales leads into paying customers.
• Your Job is to drive revenue by converting potential customers into paying customers through your sales skills and expertise.
• Developing a sales strategy to effectively reach out to businesses and pitch the value of awards.
• Presenting the benefits of awards, such as increased brand recognition, industry credibility, employee morale, networking opportunities.
• Approach potential businessmen and entrepreneurs who may benefit from receiving awards for their achievements & highlighting the value of brand.
• Conducting market research to understand the needs, preferences, and motivations of businessmen and entrepreneurs when it comes to awards.
• Cold calling and following up with leads to generate interest & Negotiating pricing with clients to secure sales and close deals with mutual satisfaction.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.

Requirements and skills:
• MBA Graduate & Post Graduate degree in Event Sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Fast Lerner & passion for sales. 
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
