Job Responsibilities :

Property Identification and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential property acquisition opportunities.

Analyze market trends, property values, and economic factors to assess the viability of potential investments.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties for acquisition.

Due Diligence and Analysis:

Perform comprehensive due diligence on identified properties, including financial analysis, property inspections, and risk assessments.

Prepare detailed investment proposals and reports for senior management review.

Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure all aspects of due diligence are completed accurately.

Negotiation and Acquisition:

Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for property acquisitions.

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements.

Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact to closing.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, property owners, and other industry professionals.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to stay connected with market trends and opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

Continuously monitor and adjust strategies based on market conditions and company goals.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, including property details, negotiations, and transactions.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of ongoing acquisitions and market trends.
