Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Coordinate the pre-survey and delivery team to ensure smooth operations
2. Uphold quality standards and meet timelines
3. Conduct post-survey demonstrations and provide hands-on application training
4. Ensure clients optimize the platform for their needs
5. Analyze survey data, presenting meaningful insights to clients
6. Collaborate on action plans for improvement
7. Implement a quarterly follow-up system to track client progress
8. Offer guidance to ensure successful plan implementation
9. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services
10. Work with the sales team to execute strategies
11. Design tailored training programs for managers, leaders, HR, and employees
12. Create engaging training materials
13. Develop effective survey questions aligned with research goals
14. Design concise survey modules
15. Utilize analytics tools to derive actionable insights
16. Compile research findings into concise white papers
17. Contribute expertise to various ad-hoc projects
18. Adapt to diverse tasks beyond the role
19. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance skills
