Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating a smooth process for recruiting, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring skilled individuals
2. Liaising with external recruitment agencies to close positions on time
3. Maintain HR documentation, such as the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
4. Conduct ingemployee orientation programs such as introducing personnel, employment forms, benefits, and payroll, and assisting in completing enrollment forms
5. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
6. Providing employees with a safe place to work by ensuring that the company follows occupational safety and health rules
7. Promoting a productive work environment and ensuring a culture of collaboration and accountability.
8. Having a deep understanding of all labor laws and helping the organization ensure compliance with all relevant laws
9. Performing other related duties as required
Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required
2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
3. Complete understanding of the human resources best practices and legal guidelines
4. Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities
5. Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
6. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
7. Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
