Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team to understand current practices and processes
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core function of the departments
- Conduct research on best practices for HR processes and incorporate findings into SOP drafts
- Create process flows, flowcharts and visual diagrams to accompany documented procedures
- Ensure SOPs are comprehensive, accurate, in detail and easy to understand and follow
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes
- Coordinate review and sign-off of completed SOPs


Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing and documentation skills with keen attention to detail
- Organized and methodical with the ability to follow standard protocols
- Resourceful self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively
- Passion for streamlining systems and processes
- Basic understanding of key HR functions and principles
