Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies inventory
2. Support the team with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents
3. Utilize English proficiency to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both spoken and written
4. Utilize MS-Word and MS-Excel to create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
5. Assist with digital advertising efforts, including creating and monitoring ad campaigns on various platforms
6. Aid in acting audition coordination, including scheduling, communication with talent, and maintaining audition records
7. Contribute to content marketing and social media marketing initiatives, including creating and scheduling engaging posts and monitoring analytics
