About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling employee grievances on a daily basis
2. Analyzing and collating HR data
3. Employee engagement
4. Employee retention strategy
5. Scheduling multiple meetings
6. Co-ordination with IT & Admin
7. Followup on new joiner formalities
8. 360 Degree Employee Connect
9. Working on projects
