US IT Recruiter-Trainee – 4 Months Paid training leading to full-time
employment
Experience: Fresher
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai / Peelamedu, Coimbatore.
(Work from office - Night shift 8PM to 5AM)
Qualification & Responsibilities:
*
Seeking 0-1 years of experience in U.S. recruitment.
* Demonstrates proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
* Sources resumes from various channels, including job boards, and compiles a
shortlist of potentially qualified candidates.
* Engages with potential candidates and assesses them via a phone-screening
process.
* Presents thoroughly vetted candidates, who meet the required qualifications,
to the end client for further consideration.
Benefits:
It's
going to be stipend training of (4 Months) were you'll get 12K-15K/per month.
Post intern of 4 months upon performance and evaluation you'll get around 22K-
24K/per month.
