Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Utilizing MS Excel to organize and track candidate data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment workflow.
3. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels such as campus drives, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
5. Screening resumes and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
6. Assisting in conducting reference checks and background screenings to ensure the integrity of the hiring process.
7. Maintaining clear and concise documentation of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Attending career fairs, hosting in-house career days, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing skills for junior positions and internships.
9. Analyzing the report on recruiting metrics, advertise open roles, and build relationships with universities and companies.
