Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare roles, including nurses and medical staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR recruitment experience, with a preference for healthcare or nursing background.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.
