Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Use various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source and attract candidates.
- Create and post job ads on various platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role and the company.
Offer and Onboarding:
- Assist in preparing job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Manage the pre-employment background check process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR recruitment or similar roles (experience with IT or technical recruiting is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
