Candidate Sourcing:

• Use various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source and attract candidates.
• Create and post job ads on various platforms.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role and the company.

Offer and Onboarding:

• Assist in preparing job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Manage the pre-employment background check process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR recruitment or similar roles (experience with IT or technical recruiting is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
