Job Description

PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME JOB/INTERNSHIP

Program Overview: We are offering a comprehensive HR internship program designed to equip students and young professionals with hands-on experience in human resources management. Our program provides extensive training from scratch, covering essential HR functions such as:
- Recruitment and hiring processes
- Employee onboarding
- Data management and record-keeping
- Other HR-related tasks


Here’s a detailed outline of the **roles and responsibilities** of an HR intern in a recruitment consulting firm, along with the **eligibility criteria**:

### **Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Intern:**

#### 1. **Recruitment Support**:   
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media.   - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.   
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.   
- Maintain a candidate database and track the status of each applicant.

#### 2. **Interview Coordination**:   
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.   
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the recruitment process.   
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.

#### 3. **Onboarding Support**:   
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation and induction coordination.   
- Help prepare offer letters and contracts

- Assist in employer branding activities like managing the company’s LinkedIn and other social media profiles.   
- Work on promotional campaigns for attracting talent.
