Job Description

Looking for freelance recruiter.

Must have skills: Freelance recruiting Hiring ,Naukri ,Linkedin .

Job Responsibilities:

#Source candidates through various portals.

#Screen resumes , conduct interviews ,candidate followup.

Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.

Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidate experience.

Negotiate job offers and support candidates through the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role preferred.

In-depth knowledge of placement processes and candidate selection methods.

Familiarity with online tools and platforms for sourcing candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
