Experience: 2-4 Years in an HR Position
Experience In an Advertising Agency would be Preferred.
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process, the team's ongoing development, and ensuring compliance with all company HR policies. The HR Executive will also be responsible for employee relations, which includes handling grievances and other personnel matters.
Responsibilities
• Create job descriptions and job postings.
• Experience in digital marketing hiring.
• Interview candidates and make hiring decisions.
• Handle pre-employment screening.
• Hire new employees.
• Manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain a current list of employees, including contact information and date of hire.
• Provide training to employees on company policies and procedures.
• Plan company events like company picnics, holiday parties, etc.
• Handle employee relations complaints or issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Make sure all employees are in compliance with local laws related to employment.
