We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the diagnostic sector. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our workforce. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee queries regarding benefits.
• Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role in the diagnostic or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or ERP software is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
