i. Scheduling partners meetings and minuting the meetings and ensure follow up/support to leaders in completion of task assigned during the meeting.

ii. Ensuring tracking for logical conclusions of task discussed during the Partners meeting.

iii. Ensure timely implementation of decisions/plans of Partners

iv. Be incharge of all administrative areas like administrative areas like Accounts, Admin, HR, IT and report to concerned panel partners

v. Monitor statutory compliance of our organization on timely basis and report the exceptions.

vi. Work with internal auditor, statutory auditor and external consultants.

vii. Support H&A’s social media/website within the ethical standards.

viii. Review and optimize administrative policies and procedures.

ix. Monthly performance reporting of admin areas including exception reports in internal, statutory and external consultants suggestions not implemented.
