Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new leads, building relationships with restaurant owners, shopkeepers, retail stores, supermarkets, petrol bunks, and similar businesses, and spreading awareness about our POS and thermal roll products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, engaging with decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in sectors such as restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, petrol bunks, etc. 

Sales Pitch: Educate potential clients about the benefits of using our high-quality POS rolls, ATM rolls, and thermal labels. 

Client Meetings: Meet with decision-makers (owners, managers) in person or virtually to demonstrate product value. 

Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deals with customers, ensuring profitable sales while building long-term client relationships. 

Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively. 

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. 

Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and outcomes. Report regularly on sales performance to management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, ideally in a similar industry (printing, manufacturing, or consumables).

Familiarity with the restaurant, retail, supermarket, and similar industries in Chennai. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Negotiation and problem-solving skills. 

Strong customer service orientation. 

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. 

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Fluent in Tamil and English.
