Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist at Dhumi Communication in Bengaluru. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various communication channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Experience in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Knowledge of phone etiquette
Ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Strong customer experience management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
