Job Description
1. It is an Outbound Tele-sales process
2. Responsible for Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers of Financial Services.
3. Responsible for discussing on any pending documents of the customer.
4. Banking Sales Job =Loans(Personal Loan, Home Loan, Property Loan, Business Loan)
5. Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
6. Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should be a Graduate or above (Undergraduates are not eligible)
2. Freshers can apply.
3. Experience in tele calling / customer support /collections is an added advantage.
4. Good Communication Skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
Interview Process:
1. Face to Face interview with HR
Work Shift Timings:10:00AM-07:00PM (Day Shift)
