Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our sales team to help expand our global client base. This role requires the ability to initiate and manage outbound sales calls, build rapport with prospects, and communicate the value of our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients globally to introduce Tushar Creative Media’s digital services (GMB, SMMA, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website Development, PR Management, etc.).
Understand the prospect’s needs and propose the most suitable service to solve their problems.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
Effectively pitch our services and book appointments for consultations or service demos with the senior sales team.
Follow up on leads and handle objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., client details, conversation summaries, and next steps).
Meet or exceed sales targets and call quotas set by management.

Additional Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling or telesales in the digital marketing industry is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Strong knowledge or understanding of digital marketing services like Google My Business, SMMA, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, website building, or PR is a plus.
Must be comfortable making calls to international clients across different time zones.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude during calls.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
