• Handle Students outbound calls. telling them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify Students needs, clarify information, take the admission.
• Build good bound with students.
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

• Fluent in English communication Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
